小生意公司下能买2辆车吗

问问各位会计敌人，我开了一个超市，公司名下曾经有一辆车轿车本人开了，请问我还能够买一辆轿车放在公司名下然而给本人开吗？会有税务方面的问题吗？第二辆车能够算折旧里吗？能够退GST吗？谢谢。

You can have company car for yourself but you will need pay FBT on that car

You will pay more back to ATO if you did not use much

1. Nothing about good or bad, the rule is you have this expense, you should able to claim car to reduce your income.
If you have multiple places to travel and travel by bus, you can claim bus tickets. Hope u understand my point

2.if u can pay off then pay off, if you have cash flow issue, then finance the car.

car  loan interest rate very high. you pay more money but not really tax benefit

yes, but when u sell the car, u need pay gst back

car bought 44000, gst 4000 back

when u sell car 22000, u need pay back 2000 gst
