租约到明年中，租客说只有2周 notice 就行。中介也是这么说。我印象里是应该最少4周的notice，我是否该换中介了？谢谢

这是中介给我的邮件：

The tenant lease expires next year. The regulation states if the tenant want to break lease before it expires, the minimal notice is 2 weeks. But there is compensation to the owner of a break fee for them breaking their term of the lease. If they have stayed less than 1/2 the period of the lease, the compensation is 6 weeks. If they have stayed longer than 1/2 the period of the lease is 4 weeks.

假如是无奈律允许的理由break lease early，而lease agreement里有break lease clause，租客不需求给notice，只有根据break lease clause付break fee就能了
