问一下上面三款药有啥区分？

假如同样，为何价钱相差那末多呢？好像外面最廉价的是Panamax     而后就是 ALDI卖的  hedanol 了

Basicly they are all paracetamol, just different trade name. if your pain is great, please see your GP, your GP can give you something stronger than paracetamol. For example: Panadeine forte.

At the same time, toothache could be something serious, your GP may give some minor antibiotics to see whether it is related to any infection

就是无效成份都是扑热息痛，牌子纷歧样罢了。。不认牌子的话买阿谁都行啊。 假如要更强效的，医生可能会帮你开更强的止痛药。     楼上说假如你牙痛 最佳去看个医生，牙疼问题可小可大，假如是发炎感染了，可能需求抗生素也纷歧定。。
