我想问一下是否不是一切公立小学都有KINDER学前班的

刚刚据说咱们区所在的公立小学没有KINDER GARDEN学前班，那就是说我要公费在CC多待一年,，仍是我本人搞错了。究竟是怎么样的呢？大家有甚么意见吗？

at the beginning of the school year if they turn five on or before 31 July in that year. By law, all children must be enrolled in school by their sixth birthday.

Because students start new work in their new class at the beginning of the school year, it would be an advantage for your child both socially and educationally, to start school as soon as possible in the new year.
