有懂novated lease的吗

刚找了一个中介给了个报价，FBT阿谁中央没看懂

Annual KM Travelled        十二,000         
FBT Taxable Value        $52,554.55         
FBT Statutory Rate        20%        

这是一个一年的lease term, 这个FBT是说我还要给ATO钱吗? 给多少呢? 52554的20%?

搜到了这么一段，post-tax还款够多的话 FBT看起来能省不少

中介给了个报价，6万块的S3, 我一年得手少1万8，一年期满给他3万8，合起来5万6，这车就是我的了。还包孕油费，保险，rego在外面。仍是挺不错的。
