请问各位网友，往年何时会公布第一轮OC reserve list, 尤为是north rocks public, 谢谢。

The reserve list for 2020 opportunity class entry will be activated in late October 2019.

Applicants who accept an offer and are also on a reserve list for a higher choice school will be removed from all reserve lists at 5 pm on Tuesday 28 January 2020.
