只能并排包容两辆小车的巷子里，只要一侧有no parking牌子要怎么泊车？

常常途经的一条只能并排包容两台小车的巷子，一侧有断断续续的no parking牌子，但好多人见缝插针的把车停在没有任何牌子另外一侧，只留下一个很窄的错车缝隙，每次开都是大惊失色的。问下，在不占用driveway的状况下，把车停在没有任何牌子的那一侧是允许的吗？

彻底没问题啊，no parking那一侧就是给你通行的，路窄也要人家有中央泊车啊。

按规则，泊车后留下的路宽不得少于三米就行。
