想给女儿上一所家里左近的小学，不外咱们恰好住在这所学校规则区域外一点点，去学校问了一下，office的人给了我一张表格，让填一下送回去。
表格上有这么一段：
Criteria for non-local enrolment applications will be:
-Compassionate reasons;
-Proximity and access to school;
-Silbings already enrolled at the school; and
-Safety and supervision of the students before and after school
有几个问题想求教：
其中的Compassionate reasons是指甚么？
我女儿没有兄弟姐妹在那里，像我这类状况应该算哪一个呢？Proximity and access to school吗？
跟咱们本人区域里的学校比，这个学校在各方面（学术，口碑，各类流动）都好得多，我要不要把这个作为请求的理由写下来？
