We have heard from applicants who have logged into their application portal and found the status says ‘Not submitted’. This is an error. Your application was successfully submitted. We are working to fix the error. If your application is showing ‘Not submitted’ you can go to the Action menu and resubmit your application. The status should then show ‘Submitted’ again. If you make any change to your application, save the page you changed but remember you also have to go to the last page and resubmit your application.
