卖房子CGT cost base怎么算的？

除了买房时的房价，还有哪些是cost base? stamp duty算吗？ 其余一些legal cost呢？好比律师费，银行存款手续费等等。 谢谢

i believe that you need add stamp duty, legal fees .

about 银行存款手续费, you can claim within 5 years after you purchased your house. But if not, probably you can add as the cost base.

also you can add renovation cost as part of cost base.
