Oncall退税有无人理解?

任务性质缘故, 大略每月要80个小时摆布做Oncall, 而后overtime均匀20小时一个月这样.
请问Home expense退税的话是应该根据Oncall hour呢, 仍是根据overtime hour来计算的?
