    初次置业,看中一个原来有房子的地,两年前房东坼掉了房子,请问买入一年后联系土地  总体售出,需交capital gain?谢谢了!

    Unfortunately you would not be able to apply the main residence exemption in this case. This is because the main residence exemption attaches to the dwelling that is on the land. If there has never been a dwelling on the land then the main residence exemption cannot apply, even if you genuinely intended to construct your private home and occupy the property as your main residence in the future.

    请问,是否话中有话,只有不分地,而后推倒旧房子,盖了新房子:
    1,自住新房6个月,而后发售;
    2,新房建成间接发售;
    那末,1和2是否都不需求叫cgt?仍是只要1不需求?此外1是6个月仍是3个月?
