我家宝宝13个月9.5kg, 是早上7点和晚上10点喝250的奶,早饭中午晚饭就是和小孩儿同样,期间零食还有cheese,超级喜爱吃瓜果,天天能够吃一个桃子,10粒葡萄,半个梨这样的量,之类反正天天三种瓜果。然而体重就是始终不下来,开始挺愁的。然而大家都是说我和我老公都很瘦,孩子那末瘦是正常的,想一想也是,当初也没有成心量体重了。

2. Sleep early. 10pm for 14 months old? Too late. The more sleep the better. As baby and toddlers develop most during sleep, good for physical and brain. Set up a good routine is very important. |
