半岁的宝宝喝哪一种酸奶

请教有甚么牌子的酸奶合适6个月的宝宝？
怕成人的酸奶糖分和添加剂太多。

Just go to woolie or coles online, search “Greek yoghurt”, many will pop up.  Just buy those natual Greek ones without any flavour.  There are different brands.  

Personally, I like “Tamar valley”.  Farmers union is good as well.

一开始rafftertys garden的不错，70g够了，woolworth有卖。我家是一岁后才给他吃十一0，140g的酸奶，份量太大了。petit miam这款我家一开始就在吃，起初发现糖分比rafftertys garden的高，就换了，楼主能够比较一下，次要是糖分。

详细的我不记患了，好像raffterty garden和ta妹妹ar的，最佳你去超市比较一下。吃多少看家长的志愿吧，我家的70-140g都能吃下，但吃140我感觉和成年人同样，有点多了就不太买，根本买raffterty garden的多。

咱们吃的是farmer‘s union成份至少最简略。当初开始给儿童酸奶，其实真的儿童酸奶的反而添加剂多一些。糖分的话你本人去超市看一下养分表，比较一下就知道了。我儿子不爱喝奶，所以当初酸奶更是一种奶制品增补剂，所以除了糖，还要看sodium，还要看protein’
