试用期问题

我敌人，找到一份任务，试用期3个月，单老板在3个月零20地利，告知他不许备录用。
对他的补偿能按长时间工进行补偿吗？

Agree with LS. no additional compensation if the boss gives him sufficient notice in advance. but he will get paid until the last day including Super and accrued annual leave.

normally, 1 month notice to the employee who had passed the probation. in my company, they will pay extra month and kick you off without waiting for the next month.
