大家请帮助：AP 详细怎么操作

Account Payable:
1. 常常看广告写coding, 但不知道详细怎么操作，好比，我收到invoice from supplier, then it is matched with my purchase order, 而后怎么个coding

2. Monthly reporting, 都做甚么呢

3. reconcilication, 怎么做呢，我看有每周做的，有每个月做的，是否就拿银行的statement 和本人的对，假如对不上呢？

没做过AP

大抵想了下：
1 有purchase order的不必coding，由于下order的时分曾经code过了。一些费用，电啊，文娱费啊，需求coding,详细code应该由approve invoice的人提供
2 depends,各公司不同，好比某个大supplier的购入和领取状况
3 general ledger 和sub ledger要对上

not sure about monthly reporting though, what kind of reporting in AP? aging?

ageing的话，那不就在零碎里按个钮，自动能出来的吗？不必人做吧？

我也没做过, 不外以为根本正确.增补点就是AP的month-end其实不繁杂, 次要就是reconcile supplier 发来的statement上当月的支, 付transaction是不是正确.在debtor/creditor roll over到下月以前post 当月产生的一切的invoices & credits.

大家的回复好快啊. 并且还都是高手, 边下班边　training.  我的一个敌人，都做了半年了，还说下班好紧张，连tea break，　她都在任务，更别提上网了．
