Our client, a leading financial institution, requires an additional Fraud Prevention Officer to join their 24 Hour Fraud Team.
The primary purpose of this role is to minimise fraud in order to deliver and maintain exceptional customer service to both internal and external parties. Using specific tools and computer programs, you will be required to identify potential fraud through effective analysis and decision making.
To secure this position, the successful candidate will have proven analytical and decision making skills, a strong customer service focus, high attention to detail, sound PC literacy, excellent co妹妹unication and workplace integrity with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Your 32 hours per week will involve working evening and night shifts during the week and a rotating 24 hour roster on weekends. This is a temporary ongoing position. Successful applicants will be required to co妹妹it to one week full-time training Mon to Fri between 8am and 6pm.
Located in the CBD, this is a highly challenging and rewarding role which will allow a level of flexibility in your week life that you will not find in your average 9am-5pm job. Further, an attractive hourly rate of $23.41 plus super and penalty rates apply.
Preferred candidates for these roles will be asked to undergo certain probity checks before any offer of employment is made. |
