自己是permanent的，但敌人说仍是contract好，因此在斟酌辞职，换个contact的。

我是contract, 不外时间不肯定，和正干的名目无关。然而所有福利都按full time算。所以虽然是合同的，可是工资低，没有permenant 不乱。

but i dont think there is more difference with contract, except for employee benefits

my manager told me that if the company has less than 100 employees in NSW, it can fire the employ as any employee as they want with 1 month notice advance, Thats why now I think contact even better in somehow?
