这类事件，一定要摆事实，讲情理，举例子才行。你都是废话。。。no teamwork, no co妹妹unication, bad scheduling, 都是没用的。。并且写得太极端。

我感觉这里的格调，你说意见能够，然而千万不要太极端，尽可能不要用No, impossible之类的词。你能够说it is very difficult, 或者，we only got slight chance to ...此外最佳先褒后贬,相似于we have done the great job and everybody worked very hard blabla...but if we do not pay more attention to xxxx, it will be very difficult to xxxx 而后最佳有实际例子，而后有倡议计划。

赞成17楼的，看一遍就觉得写信人很negative, 只会埋怨的觉得。投诉的话需求有实际例子，例如哪天产生了甚么事件，就是不足办理的表示，假如有一个技术leader, 状况就不会这样等等。假如只是需求协调，信最佳是以倡议的方式， no this , no that，实际上是很strong 的表白方式，一点negotiate 的余地都没有。假如用we 表白，最佳你们共事坐上去探讨分明，就怕最初都赖你身上就得失相当了。

1. We need more co妹妹unication. We have 3 permanent developers and 2 contractors working on this project at the moment. I believe the co妹妹unication within the team is crucial to the success of this project. However, we do not have enough opportunity to know what other people are doing and we seldom got chance to share konwledge between each other and the big picture of the project. This situation creates a potential problem that if one of us leave the team, it will be very difficult for the rest of the team to catch up with what he did before. I would suggest we have a regular team meeting once a week so that the whole team could share information with each other.
