正斟酌请求一个IT职位， 职位要求里有下列两项
1）high level co妹妹unication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders;
2）executing plans and strategies;
我现有的cover letter里的su妹妹ary和这两项分割不起来，求教一下有教训的同志，怎么样在cover letter 里分割这两项职位要求？
是简略的说本人有这两项skill，仍是详细一点？
