•        Maintain a high level of knowledge of SEL equipment and solutions to electric power system.
•        Lead in performing event report analysis, product test schemes, protection scheme design and relay coordination services.
•        Prepare and present successful proposals for SEL equipment, services and systems.
•        Act as a primary customer contact on technical matters.
•        Lead project teams to resolve customer concerns and foster customer satisfaction.
•        Complete assigned work within agreed upon schedule and budget at the highest level of quality.
•        Lead in training and assisting customers with the installation, co妹妹issioning and operation of protection systems, both on-site and from SEL offices.
•        Assume Project Management role on assigned projects.
•        Follow and improve applicable processes.
•        Provide support for other SEL marketing, sales, application engineering and development activities.
