MYOB purchase return & debit问题！

我想apply一个debit note to purchase， 但不克不及record，提醒说unbalanced.
我这个debit note $500,然而purchase只要$100
是否只要debit note 数额小于purchase数额能力settle呢？

你purchase才100，为什么要debit note 500?

yes, but you can process $500 in purchase first then apply the debit note to purchase, the balance will be $0 and at this moment you can amend the purchase to $100, the balance will be changed to -$400.

I guess this purchase is not the inital purchase, after LZ pay the previous invoices from supplier, supplier sent LZ a new invoice with amount $100 and a debit note with amount $500 for the previous invoices then LZ needs to process them.

supplier做了reconcile说上一年有500的unallicated fund,老板怕费事就让他们留在那当credit了。
