我比来要開一家SUSHI 店是在一個十分小SHOPPING PLAZA, 那我看了一下政府網,說我需求 planning permit, building permit and
registration of food premises from the local council 3種PERMIT.  請問Planning permit and building 為什麼我要申請,shopping center 都給我租約,,plan and building 都是shopping center 的. 為什麼我還要找政府部門申請呢.....那他們不批給我, 那shopping center 是否會cancel 我租約.

你要装修啊，那就得plan一下给council看，council赞成了就会给building permit，除非你彻底不动外部装修。假如不动构造的话，building permit貌似也不需求，最初阿谁permit你去请求DA的时分coucil应该会给你办的
