上面有个31岁和31岁之后怎么怎么着的事件，看不懂，7月1号前必需处置，请问各位有收到这样的信吗？

我的了解是满31岁生往后的那一年的7月1号以前必需买，不然就要交LOADING。好比你的生日是1981年6月18号，那末20十二年6月18号你满31岁，20十二年7月1号就是截至日期，过时了就要交LOADING了。
If you do not have hospital cover on the 1st of July following your 31st birthday and then decide to take out hospital cover later in life, you will pay a 2% loading on top of your premium for every year you are aged over 30.

我知道的是，30岁以前假如不买保险，30岁当前每涨一岁减少2%。如，35岁开始买，就要多花10%的钱。

往年的新政策不是很分明，可能往年改到31岁了？？？
