Unfortunately the International Mail is not trackable and cannot be traced once it leaves our warehouse. It can take several weeks for a International order to be delivered. We do apologize, if the order is lost while in transit to you, we cannot issue any refunds or ship out a new order. If it is returned to us, we will issue a refund back to your credit card.
