对于paid parental leave的问题

老婆始终在餐馆打工，当初怀孕6周，想明年请求paid parental leave, 但这个需求生孩子前13个月里，有10个月是任务的，假如老婆在餐馆打工，现金的，老板应该没给打过税，当初想请问，假如让老板从往年6月份开始给打上税，这样到明年4月份生宝宝的时分，就够10个月了，这样能够么，我的意思是，当初能够让老板给补报上6,7,8三个月的税么？谢谢

刚刚给她老板打了电话，说就没给老婆填过tax file declaration form, 所以就不行啦。

能够的啊！ 可是LZ要从6月份报税的话 就要马上做退税了， 其实均可以从7月份开始报税的， 7月份报税到明年的4月，就有十个月了，这样就不必做去年的报税啊。

To meet the work test for Parental Leave Pay you must have worked for at least:

10 of the 13 months before the birth or adoption of your child, and
330 hours in that 10 month period, which is just over 1 day a week, with no more than an 8 week gap between 2 consecutive working days
There are some exceptions to the work test if pregnancy complications or a premature birth have prevented you from meeting it.
You will need to show that you would have met the work test if you did not have pregnancy complications or if the child had not been born prematurely.
