在TPG十几年的老客户了,比来有个问题总是搞不掂,几个月了,去客服投诉,后果明天收到这个邮件
I hope this email finds you well.
I appreciate you are frustrated with the current service level and I advised you that regrettably this is the best possible service TPG is able to provide I also suggested you are out of contract and if you remain dissatisfied you will need to seek an alternate provider however if you remained our consumer you accept the current service level.
At this stage we believe it is best that you seek an alternate provider and TPG agrees to waive any contractual obligation that you have. Your TPG services remain active until further notice from your end. Please note if you wish to port your current phone service you will need to do so prior to the service canceling with TPG.
Please take some time to consider my response and please do not hesitate to contact me directly should you wish to discuss or have any further questions.
