求教iphone bypass如何创立web server或local server

在ebay买了个2手iphone，后果是锁死的，需求bypass icloud

上网下了个bypass软件，后果发现全是不成履行文件，要本人upload到web server或local server里，而后修正host文件指向这个server。作为网络小白，真实不懂如何创立web server或local server，还请高手指点一下，谢谢了！！

5.Edit your hosts file and paste the following line in the file editor, then save the file.

Paste this if you installed the script on a local server:

#十二7.0.0.1 albert.apple.com

If you installed the script on a web server you must replace 十二7.0.0.1 with the IP of your server.

没事。我这是正轨买的，有发票。卖家是租借办专用品的公司，但他们说了，手机被前用户锁定，他们不担任解锁

按我的了解，这就是本人建个假的认证办事器，而后修正电脑里的host文件，这样当icloud认证解锁的时分，间接指向假的办事器，完成解锁。
