Replacement iPhone 会有新的warranty吗？

在ebay看到有个卖家卖新的iPhone 7 plus, 是replacement. 她说往年6月买的，头几天坏了拿去修，Apple给换了新机，她不想用iPhone 7 plus了间接拿去ebay卖。她说replacement新机也会2年的warranty .

她给我旧机的serial number和新机的serial number. 在网上查，旧机的serial number显示已replaced新机，新的serial number显示手机还没activated.

有无warranty基本也无所谓了，iphone毕竟品质摆在这里，正罕用不会有甚么问题，何况7p有是新的

这就算Refurbished的机器吗？
假如是，确定没有2年。
上个月ALDI卖Refurbished的IPHONE SE，还特别在catalogue上标注保修，没有2年。她集体卖比店家卖保修更长，不大容易做到吧

假如旧的没过时，那就连续旧的或者3个月。
假如过时了，那就3个月。
