Just to let you know, we’re working on Telstra Cable Broadband network upgrades in your area on 25 May 2016. We’re doing our best to keep interruptions to a minimum, but it’s possible that you won’t be able to connect to the internet for up to 100 minutes between 10:00am and 3:00pm. If you need to use your fixed broadband at this time, we’re sorry for any inconvenience.
Why are we doing this?
To improve our network capacity and prepare for the future, we’re upgrading our Telstra Cable Broadband network across Australia.
What to do if you’re affected
Your Telstra modem should reconnect automatically no later than 3:00pm, so you shouldn’t have to do anything. If this doesn’t happen, just turn your modem off, wait a few minutes and turn it back on.
