Outlook打不开求帮忙

零碎是windows 7 ultimate

Outlook是 office 365里自带的 刚刚下载付费了装置的

但打不开
提醒是：

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. the set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service C:\PROGRA~2\COMMON~1\Apple\INTERN~1\APLZOD.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

网上搜寻了良久解决方法 一个一个试了 不行 求大神帮忙！

你给的信息不敷，OUTLOOK的相干文件个别是在 MICROSOFT 文件夹下，你的在APPLE文件夹下估量是 APPLE的电邮地址？

我有看到这两个帖子。第一个网址，我曾经把icloud在电脑里卸载。而且去outlook根据他的唆使把@me邮箱删除掉了。

第二个帖子，我根据唆使 cmd 进去office 但我找不到security的阿谁文件夹

第二个帖子似乎很对症。我的outlook 是2016 官网下载的版本。帖子里说2007版outlook需求加一个registration key，然而 these keys are not necessary in outlook 2010 and above
