想请求Youth Allowance，但原告知我的course不算full-time

我在学一个undergraduate diploma，个别人们学这个是part-time的，但因为我以前有一个相干畛域的本迷信位，根底课都学过，所以能够间接读full-time。请求Youth Allowance，后果原告知‘We cannot pay you Youth Allowance because the course you are studying does not qualify as full-time.’  好像有情理，但子细想我就是在读full-time啊，学校的enrolment status，transperth的student discount都把我算做full-time。请问我这类状况能够centrelink找他们argue一下吗？
