you can have up to 4 members in the SMSF and each member should has own member balance , in case each member wants to rollover the benefit , it should be no problem .

20万太少。也不倡议协作投资。

真要建的话各建各的SMSF, 而后再建一个unit trust买房子，SMSF持有units.

I dont think SMSF can borrow unless its under some very strict rules, dont reco妹妹end.

SMSF can hold units for unit trust, but the property held by the unit trust needs to be revalued every 3 years. It might also be caught by the 5% in house asset test.
