这个东北朝向外带阳台的老unit房型周正，性价比比新apartment好太多了。1000万人民币在上海中环外只能买100平米建筑面积的老破小而已，Coogee这个太划算了。

對比一下，
那年24萬能在卡市買三個2房的unit，現在約值4-50萬一套，看位置。
house很普通的，能買2套，每套約值100萬+。

唯有house能跑贏。少了心曠神怡的海景！
