Essential:
1. High proficiency in data entry with experience working in a high transaction volume environment
2. Understanding and experience in Basic Accounts Receivable/Payable functions and relevant accounting controls
3. Proven ability to maintain Accounts Receivable/Payable functions at a consistently high standard
4. Excellent customer service/communication skills
5. Work effectively as an individual and within a team
6. Effective written and verbal communication skills
Duties
1. Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable processing including data entry.
2. Business administration support to company management
3. General business administration including general office upkeep, maintaining stationery, etc
4. Maintain clerical records such as credit, electricity and phone bills etc
