RT。想跟strata联系安排pest control,每年都是4/5月就做完了,今年到现在都没动静,老鼠已经逐渐入侵悉尼了,有点紧张。已知的事实是4月份strata就把quote交给committee了,我5月份询问strata的时候又给了一次,6月初我又问strata,回复说又给了committee一次。但是到现在还没有approval的消息。
于是又一次邮件联系strata,问下是不是我miss了他们关于除虫的任何邮件或者消息,以及是否已经有所安排,这一次邮件CC给了committee。 结果踩了committe的尾巴了。strata 还没回复,committee 倒是先回复了。
Please be aware that you have an ELECTED strata committee and person appointed to communicate with our Strata Management company.The only exception to this would be in the case of an emergency situation.
If you do not want to comply with proper protocol please let us know.
The committee are the only authorised body, at present, that are entitled to instruct Strata to do any work on the owners behalf and therefore use our funds.
请问在 NSW,是否有这样的法律规定owner不可以直接联系strata,一切都要通过committe? 如果所有的事情committe都不作为,除了联合其他owner搞掉committee之外,owner就一点办法都没有了吗?
那么,如果要搞掉committee的话,是不是联合好其他业主就可以随时动手了?谢谢各位大神。
