墨尔本东南区的unit/villa

比较关注家附近的各类房子的价格。最近发现家附近一些位置还可以的unit价格和大路旁的房子价格没啥差异。比如这套刚成交的不到100万，感觉有点偏低：

第三套感觉很值啊...这还是学区，而且看上去还翻新过...
