As you may be aware, the REIV have new legislative changes that came into effect in March 2021.

One of the changes includes mandatory gas, electrical and smoke alarm compliance checks to be done bi-annually.

When a tenant signs a new lease agreement and they request a compliance report we are required to have the checks done.

The tenant has requested that the gas, electrical and smoke alarms be tested.

甭理中介，自己找，300上下是正常价。当然我是指一个工种啊，电和气应该是两个检查。中介的680要是电和气全查了，也差不多吧。

我的理解，你不能有事的时候找中介解决，没事的时候踢开中介。既然房子交给中介打理，有些支出只要不过分也应该接受。

680不贵啊，正常价格。

房子交给中介打理正常付费了的啊，中介挣了他应得的费用。有事找中介介绍，合理的价格自然可以接受，你说的不过分，也可以接受。但很多中介介绍的维护要价不合理。当然得踢开了，以后也就不要再问这个中介介绍工人了。

所谓正常付费是多少钱？5.5%的admin fee? 一年下来能有一千多？真要是房子和租客出现纠纷，中介起的作用远超过这点钱。相比澳洲的水管工电工的人工费，中介收钱不多。
