请问Amex offer Sniip pay bill get 20% back 怎么操作

在Sniip app 上添加了有这个offer的信用卡，然后是用这个信用卡支付任何其他账单就可以有20%cashback吗？ 但是在term and condition中有一条写着 Excludes transactions where you do not spend directly with your Card to which the offer is saved, via the Sniip app. 被这句话搞得有点confused. 是不是只能付那个带offer的信用卡账单才符合cashback条款呀，请高人指点
