有没有用水下机器人zodiac vx55 4wd的？

我家这个是2018年11月买的，今天突然error 6， 然后稍微弄了一下，变成了error 10， 现在目前已知是error 10。

我查了官网是保修期三年，但是电话死活打不进去，我给以前的retail也打电话，他们说要我等，他们去问，但是也杳无音信。。

我也写信了，online的live chat 也是没人，我真的无语这个公司是不是倒闭了？

问下有没有最近咨询过zodiac的公司的，这个电话有人吗？1300763021

我真的无语不是都恢复上班了吗？怎么连个人都没有。。。

Error code 10 indicates that the cleaner is not correctly connected to the control box.
