在昨天四处投诉,我还分割了银行,英国的一个专门处置商家投诉的网站,以及selfridge的fb,ins等等等等,今早收到他们的邮件,曾经在处置退款了,连同邮费一同!!
各位姐妹,人生真的不克不及等闲保持,这不单单是钱的问题,是为了咱们本人的权利抗争~~

9/5/2018下单了4样货色,然而14/5/2018收到包裹外面只要2样,此外2样货色就这样稀里糊涂的不见了。
当下立刻分割了他们客服,一周上去,上周五18/5/2018第一次考察后果出来讲他们没有任何问题。我立刻电话分割他们,他们也说会再做一次考察,今早收到邮件考察后果并无改动,而且态度十分强硬的说“they said they checked the dispatch team, stock level and their delivery partner that they cannot accept this as a gesture of goodwill, and will not be pursuing this claim any further. From here, any further action would need to go through alternative means. If I feel I have been a victim of a crime please contact the police as unfortunately they would be unable to assist me further.”,我邮件给他们让他们拿出证据证实他们没有问题,然而这个就是这么被忽视。
我想请问一下,这个事件是否就只能本人这么晦气认栽?有甚么投诉的机构么?貌似这类事件nsw fair trading不论的吧?
