枪杀摩托党大佬Nick Martin 的狙击手上诉了，理由是谋杀罪刑期过长。

35岁的狙击手以前是军人，姓名不能披露。

去年12月底，西澳的最高法院判决他有期徒刑20年，其中18年不得假释。

他在判决前，同意了指证谋杀Martin的主谋是Rebel 转为Comanchero 的 David James Pye。

大法官Stephen Hall 当时说，如果被告人不同意协助检控方，那么判决就是终生监禁，30年不得假释。

周三，被告人的律师 David Manera 证实，此人已经上诉了。

“上诉是针对刑期长度的。“律师说。

律师不肯解释上诉的理由。

同样是周三，被告人被罚$6400。此前他承认了5项轻微的毒品和武器指控。

在谋杀案的量刑聆讯中，法庭被告知，有人提供了15万元给被告人，请他杀害Martin，但是被告人并没有收到全款。
