PR触犯了税法对身份有甚么影响？

我的一名敌人触犯了税法，详细不太分明，返正正就是雇主担保TR时没交够税，但当初曾经是PR了，但又说那雇主没帮交够税，签证会变得有效？
何解？

雇主没交够税跟这PR/TR没间接瓜葛吧？那是雇主的事件呀。

他是用雇主担保移民才拿到PR的？然而TR转PR期间的税少报了？

假如是虚伪资料形成他拿到PR,那末PR会被勾销。假如不是，就没啥大瓜葛，顶多罚钱，不到CRIMINAL的地步。
