请教：阳台地面按照规范需要像卫生间一样做防水吗？

阳台下面下雨漏水。阳台上铺的是地砖。正好有块地砖碎了，然后揭开碎地砖发现下面没有防水层，直接就是灰色水泥。这样情况我可以投诉builder偷工减料吗？Builder 是Metricon

防水层一般在水泥层下面

如果阳台下面是楼下的天花板 那肯定要做防水层

Metricon 说是地砖Grout干裂然后长青苔破坏了防水，是维护问题，所以不保修。
所以我想查查到底有没有做防水

水不一定是从碎瓷砖这里下去的，这里最多也就是渗下去，到不了漏水的程度

我看我家的阳台做的时候有两层防水，水泥下一层，铺完水泥后又刷了一层。

我也觉得是. Metricon 甚至跟我说维护就要一两年做regrout的，简直匪夷所思。难道Metricon 防水靠Grout吗？所以我要查按照规范防水是否必须做。

实话实说， 这工程真的做的渣。。。

看起来是推脱说LZ没有做好维护，grout坏了没及时修理， 导致waterproof层长期泡水破裂。

好的防水层一般可以保持10年以上甚至更久的
