    工作介绍
    The main duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following:

    Works closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner with duties including but not limited to telephonist, receptionist, cashier, information services & reservations.
    Ensures that guest history records are accurately maintained and privacy is upheld.
    To immediately attend to all guests who approach the Front Desk, cordially and with a smile.
    Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
    Ensures that the strictest confidentiality is maintained in dealings with all work related matters.


    To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:

    Ability to work under pressure.
    Positive, can-do attitude.
    Competent English.
    Good Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
    Knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry is preferable but not essential.
    Due to the nature of this role which will involve shift & weekend work on a 7 day rotating roster it is preferable for the candidate to either live in close proximity to the property or have their own transport (car).用论坛短消息联系更安全
