收到一封移民局的郵件，我該移民嗎？

大略意思就是我存了一份入籍draft，然而還沒有submit. 移民局提示假如6月30號以前沒有提交的話之後就是5年要呆4年能力移民。

我雖然是打算長期在澳洲的，糊口任务根本都在這裡了，可是我還沒有彻底準備好放棄中國國籍了呢。我該怎麼辦？？？究竟入不入呢？

上面是部分email:
The changes come into effect on 1 July 2010.

   1. If you became a permanent resident before 1 July 2007, the residence
   requirement is:
   -  You must have been living in Australia for 2 years as a permanent
   resident in the 5 years i妹妹ediately before applying, including 1 year in
   the 2 years i妹妹ediately before applying.

          NOTE:  If this requirement applies to you will need to submit
                  your application before 30 June 2010


   2. If you became a permanent resident on or after 1 July 2007, the
   residence requirement is:

   -  You must have been living in Australia on a valid Australian visa for
   4 years i妹妹ediately before applying, including 1 year as a permanent
   resident,
            AND
   -  You must not have been absent from Australia for more than 1 year
   during the 4 year period, including no more than 90 days in the year
   i妹妹ediately before applying.

          NOTE:  If this requirement applies to you, you can submit your
                  application at any time


   From 1 July 2010 ALL citizenship applicants will need to meet the
   following residence requirement at the time of application:

   -  You must have been living in Australia on a valid Australian visa for

   resident,
      AND
   -  You must not have been absent from Australia for more than 1 year

既然你长时间待在这里都没有须要入籍，除非你想读大学要存款甚么的或是要去政府任务。

我感觉假如是长时间呆在这里的话，就没须要入了。个别是想回国才说要入籍，省得pr5年期满后再请求还得知足5年内住满两年的前提。
