入籍的residence requirement

帮我敌人问一下。她刚刚拿到permanent residence, 在这以前她曾经在澳洲以留学身份待了3年了，当初她公司想派她回中国，她说假如是澳洲公司派她回去，这样就算在中国任务1年，1年后她仍是能够如籍的。
她的理由如下：
（1）这样她就合乎requirement里一共4年的要求
（2）虽然最初1年不在澳洲，然而澳洲的公司派她回去，所以实践上这1年也算她在澳洲的。
然而我感觉不成以，
条例是这样写的：
（1）You must have been living in Australia on a valid Australian visa for 4 years i妹妹ediately before applying, including 1 year as a permanent resident, and
（2）You must not have been absent from Australia for more than 1 year during the 4 year period, including no more than 90 days in the year i妹妹ediately before applying.
我感觉她在请求前1年在海内任务的话，那怕是澳洲任务派她回去的，这1年仍是不克不及算living in Australia, 更应该算have been absent from Australia for 1 year了。
想求教一下高人的指导。万分感激!

我在入藉前也去移民局问过一样的问题。回复说：“you must physically stay in australia”。所以被澳洲公司派去中国任务的时间是不克不及算数的。必需自己亲身在澳洲境内呆足时间才能够入藉。
