请求143不论在澳境内境外均可以吗？

even your parents visa says that they are allowed to apply for further stay. The officer would not allow your apply to stay to apply for PR.  I tried that last time and was aksed to went overseas to apply for 143.

谢谢，就是说要离境请求，但提交请求后，影响请求676吗？个别何时才能够请求676？

仍是有疑难，咋移民网站上没提到必需离境请求呢?

查到了，143必需请求，贴签都在境外。
