重複買了汽车保险~ 怎樣可全額拿回?

我买了GIO片面的汽车保险20十一-20十二年度分期领取的金额。在那之后，下一年, 我轉去了ALLIANZ。

但我忘了勾销GIO，他们让我在我的信誉卡持续分期付款。因我還有其余GIO的保險,所以沒有發覺, 当初，我发现了，要勾销保单，并想取回退款，他们说，他们只能退还我50％。



想索回整个金额，我应该怎么做呢？
