对于去北京使馆贴签，143父母移民

明天准签信终于到了，是143付费移民。我看到移民信上说要自己去贴签，那末对我父母来讲比来的领馆就是北京了，但也要十几个小时车程（汽车+火车）。并且信上还说贴个签可能都要5到10个任务日，“Please refer to the attached information sheet for Beijing providing contact details and any specific procedures for evidencing of visas at that Post.  Please allow between five to ten working days for the passport to be endorsed.”
请问各位去北京贴签的筒子真的要这么久么？能不克不及当天就贴签？？或者能不克不及把护照寄过来？

能够把护照及过来的，我爸妈也刚刚寄去北京。
